The setup fee covers the Gravity Audit, Logic Architecture, full build, and integration work — everything it takes to get your agent live and working correctly. The monthly Velocity Cycle covers ongoing calibration, optimisation, and performance monitoring. These are two genuinely different scopes of work and we price them separately so you always know exactly what you are paying for.

Yes, the audit is free with no obligation. You will walk away with a Friction Map and a prioritised list of AI-shaped problems regardless of whether you engage us further. If we work together, the audit informs the setup scope and the price. If you decide not to proceed, you still have a clear picture of where your Operational Gravity lives.

That is the most common path. Start with a Single Agent on your highest-impact problem, see the results, then expand into a Departmental Suite or Full System. Each new agent is scoped and priced at that point — we do not lock you into a package upfront.

Yes. The Velocity Cycle is a month-to-month engagement after the initial 3-month calibration period. We ask for 3 months to establish a performance baseline and deliver meaningful optimisation. After that, you can scale, pause, or cancel with 30 days notice.

We build on the tools you already use — Make, n8n, Zapier, GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Stripe, Shopify, and most other modern business tools. If you have a tool we have not worked with, the Gravity Audit is where we figure that out together.

A Single Agent is typically live within 2–3 weeks of the audit. A Departmental Suite runs 4–6 weeks depending on complexity. Full System timelines are scoped individually during the audit.
