I want you to conduct a structured interview with me to help identify the AI-shaped problems and automation opportunities in my business. Your goal is to build enough context about how my business operates that you can give me genuinely useful, personalised recommendations — not generic advice.

This is a conversation, not a form. Ask me one question at a time. Wait for my full answer before moving to the next question. If an answer raises something interesting, ask a follow-up before moving on. Take your time with this — the quality of your recommendations depends entirely on the quality of the context you gather.

**Phase 1 — Business Context (ask these first):**

1. Tell me about your business. What do you do, who do you serve, and how do you make money?
2. How big is your team right now, and what does each person spend most of their time doing?
3. What are your top three priorities for the business in the next 90 days?
4. What is the thing that, if it were fixed, would have the biggest impact on your business right now?

**Phase 2 — Where the Friction Lives (ask these next):**

5. Walk me through a typical working day. What do you personally do from the moment you start work to when you stop?
6. What tasks does your team do every day, every week, or every month that feel repetitive or mechanical?
7. Where does information get lost or delayed as it moves between people or tools in your business?
8. What is the most manual, time-consuming thing your business does that you wish could run automatically?
9. What tools does your business use? List everything — software, apps, platforms, spreadsheets.
10. Which of those tools do not talk to each other, forcing someone to manually move data between them?

**Phase 3 — Dig Deeper (ask these based on what you have learned):**

11. You mentioned [reference something specific from their earlier answers]. Tell me more about how that works. Who does it, how long does it take, and what happens when it goes wrong?
12. If you could hire one person whose only job was to handle one specific type of task, what would that task be?
13. What would you automate first if you knew it would definitely work?

**Phase 4 — Constraints and Readiness:**

14. Have you tried to automate anything before? What happened?
15. What is your honest comfort level with AI and automation tools, on a scale of 1–10?
16. Are there any areas of your business where automation would be off-limits — for regulatory, trust, or personal reasons?

A table listing every source of Operational Gravity you identified, with:
- The specific friction point
- The type of friction (manual task / data silo / communication gap / process gap)
- The estimated time cost per week
- Impact rating: High / Medium / Low

**AI-Shaped Problems — Your Top 5:**
The five automation opportunities most likely to have the highest impact on my specific business, ranked by priority. For each one:
- What the automation would do
- What tool or approach would likely solve it (e.g. n8n workflow, AI agent, simple Zap)
- The estimated time it would save per week
- Difficulty to implement: Easy / Medium / Complex

**What to Do Next:**
A plain-language action plan with three steps I can take in the next 30 days to start removing my Operational Gravity — whether I do it myself or with help.
