I want you to help me audit my lead follow-up process and identify every point where leads are likely falling through the cracks.

To do this effectively, I need you to interview me first. Ask me the following questions one at a time, wait for my answer, then move to the next:

- Give me a prioritised action list: the three changes that would have the fastest impact
